A high energy, low-impact dance class that will have you moving and grooving to a fusion of dance styles, giving you a total body workout while having a blast! Suitable for all levels. It’s a great workout to improve your cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination and mobility. Suitable for all!
A high-energy workout, the perfect class for lovers of old-school aerobics! The first half of the workout is focused on aerobic exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. The second half is all about building strength and improving bone density. Suitable for all.Â
A mid-high intensity functional circuit designed to improve your overall strength, functional capacity, muscle mass and bone mineral density. This total body circuit has a strong focus on the progression and technique of the integral push, pull, squat and hinge movement patterns.Â
A mid-high intensity functional circuit designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and get your blood pumping. You will train to build your aerobic capacity through total-body cardio movements while becoming faster, stronger and leaner.

With a maximum of 3 participants, these classes are ideal for those wanting to have the benefit of a semi private class. Pilates reformers provide a full body workout using spring loaded resistance, which can be adjusted for all levels of ability. Benefits include toning, flexibility, better posture, efficient movement, body/mind connection, not to mention flat abs!

Club Active Facilities & Services
We offer a range of membership options to suit your lifestyle, including fixed-term memberships and direct debit arrangements. When you join Club Active, our ‘get started’ sessions for each new member will include two one-on-one appointments with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), and an initial health and movement assessment. The second appointment will take you through your personalised exercise program. Our numerous facilities and services include access to exercise physiologists, our allied health clinic, dietitians and physiotherapists. A helpful membership team is available to assist you with understanding the services we offer and how they are covered by Chronic Diseases Management plans from a GP referral on Medicare, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), WorkCover, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and private health insurance.
