With a maximum of 3 participants, these classes are ideal for those wanting to have the benefit of a semi private class. Pilates reformers provide a full body workout using spring loaded resistance, which can be adjusted for all levels of ability. Benefits include toning, flexibility, better posture, efficient movement, body/mind connection, not to mention flat abs!

A low intensity class that focuses on improving cardiovascular health and capacity to exercise, as well as functional movement for daily living. This classes incorporates a combination of body weight, resistance exercises, co-ordination and cardio exercises. It’s an excellent option for anyone new to the gym, or anyone suffering with various chronic heart conditions or surgical rehabilitation.
A Â low intensity class designed for anyone who has experienced or is at risk of falls. Exercises are structured to improve functional movement strength, enhance balance and co-ordination, and increase overall body awareness. An improved functional capacity will lead to increased confidence and self esteem, allowing you to live your life to the fullest.
A  low intensity class that focuses on improving overall strength and bone health. This classes incorporates all muscle groups while teaching you how to lift safely and efficiently. It’s an excellent option for anyone new to resistance training, anyone diagnosed with metabolic conditions such as type 2 diabetes , or anyone with osteoporosis or osteopenia.

We offer a range of membership options to suit your lifestyle, including fixed-term memberships and direct debit arrangements. When you join Club Active, our ‘get started’ sessions for each new member will include two one-on-one appointments with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), and an initial health and movement assessment. The second appointment will take you through your personalised exercise program. Our numerous facilities and services include access to exercise physiologists, our allied health clinic, dietitians and physiotherapists. A helpful membership team is available to assist you with understanding the services we offer and how they are covered by Chronic Diseases Management plans from a GP referral on Medicare, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), WorkCover, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and private health insurance.
