Club Memberships
Club Active offers a range of membership packages to suit your lifestyle, including lock-in or contract free options.
When you start your journey with Club Active, you’ll receive a 6-week tailored exercise program to follow. All members complete 6-weekly Progression Sessions with an Exercise Physiologist to ensure your program is safe, and appropriate for you. PLUS, 12-weekly Functional Age Assessments are also available to check in on your achievements. All programs are designed to suit your individual health and fitness needs by experts!
Please note that a $30.00 administration and membership key fee is payable when joining.

CLUB ACTIVE FUNCTIONAL AGE ASSESSMENTS
WHAT IS MEANT BY 'FUNCTIONAL AGE'?
The human body has 2 different ages: chronological age and functional age. Your functional age estimates your body’s REAL age. It is a measure of how well or poorly your body is functioning relative to your actual calendar age (chronological age).
When joining our Clubs, all members have an initial functional age assessment with an Exercise Physiologist to assess current fitness levels for exercise prescriptions.
WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE FUNCTIONAL AGE ASSESSMENT?
You’ll work with a Club Active exercise physiologist to complete a range of fitness tests, questionnaires and a body scan to understand your current functional age.
Our unique functional age assessment assesses your 5 key pillars of longevity:
- Strength Age
- Cardiovascular Age
- Flexibility Age
- Mental Health Age
- Metabolic Age
AFTER YOUR INITIAL FUNCTIONAL AGE ASSESSMENT
Following your assessment with a Club Active Exercise Physiologist, you will receive a tailored exercise program to help improve your functional age and bring it closer to your chronological age. The aim is to help you feel younger, stronger and healthier!
You’ll have a re-assessment after 6 weeks to check in with your program achievements, improvements in functional age and to make program modifications if required.
