STRONG CLUB ACTIVE FIFTY 50 GROUP FITNESS CLASS

Strong

A mid-high intensity functional circuit designed to improve your overall strength, functional capacity, muscle mass and bone mineral density. This total body circuit has a strong focus on the progression and technique of the integral push, pull, squat and hinge movement patterns.

SWEAT - CLUB ACTIVE FIFTY 50 GROUP FITNESS CLASS

Sweat

A mid-high intensity functional circuit designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and get your blood pumping. You will train to build your aerobic capacity through total-body cardio movements while becoming faster, stronger and leaner.

ACTIVE 50

A high-energy workout, the perfect class for lovers of old-school aerobics! The first half of the workout is focused on aerobic exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination.The second half is all about building strength and improving bone density. With high and low impact options, it’s a workout for everyone!

LEARN 2 LIFT

Build strength, confidence, and technique in this fun, strength-based class led by Club Active Exercise Physiologists. Train alongside your peers as you master safe lifting techniques, improve functional strength, and enjoy the support of a motivating group environment. This class will keep you feeling strong, capable, and young at heart.

BETTER BALANCE

Stay steady, confident, and mobile with this specialised class led by experts. Using targeted exercises to strengthen your core, improve coordination, and reduce the risk of falls, you’ll build the balance you need for everyday life. Enjoy a supportive, social environment that helps you move with confidence and independence.

MOBILITY MOVES

Led by our Physiotherapists, this class is designed to improve flexibility, joint health, and ease of movement. Through guided stretches and controlled mobility exercises, you’ll reduce stiffness, move more freely, and support long-term functional health. Perfect for staying active, independent, and pain-free in everyday life.

CLINICAL PILATES

Guided by our Physiotherapists, this class combines Pilates principles with clinical expertise to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and stability. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping manage injuries, prevent pain, and enhance everyday movement. Safe, effective, and results-driven—perfect for building a stronger, healthier body with confidence.

EDUCATION+

Led by our team of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and Dietitians, these sessions are designed to educate and empower you on your health journey. Covering topics from movement and injury prevention to nutrition and healthy ageing, you’ll gain practical knowledge, expert guidance, and the confidence to make lasting improvements to your health and wellbeing.

Group Coaching is available to all Club Active members as well as those completing a program.
